Eric Magrane

ERIC MAGRANE is an assistant professor of geography at New Mexico State University. He is the co-editor of The Sonoran Desert: A Literary Field Guide (University of Arizona Press), which has received multiple awards, including a 2016 Southwest Book of the Year and a New Mexico-Arizona Book Award. Recent work appears in GeoHumanities, Ecotone, ACME: An International Journal for Critical Geographies, Terrain.org: A Journal of the Built + Natural Environments, Green Humanities, Louisville Review, the books Counter-desecration: A glossary for writing within the Anthropocene (Wesleyan), Big energy poets: When ecopoets think climate change (BlazeVOX), and elsewhere.
