Tunes & Tales Live Show with Luke Flowers

March 20 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free
Kristen Olsen, writer and producer of the kids radio show Tunes & Tales, will host a Tunes & Tales Live show with Colorado author/illustrator Luke Flowers to celebrate the release of his new book, “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood: The Poetry of Mister Rogers.” This illustrated treasury of 75 beloved songs from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood and The Children’s Corner is sure to be cherished by generations of children as well as the millions of adults who grew up with Mister Rogers. From funny to sweet, silly to sincere, these songs explore universal topics like feelings, new siblings, imagination, and more. This half-hour live show will include a reading from the book, a musical performance by Sean Lamborne with Tiny Mule alongside puppeteer Kristen Olsen, and a themed craft. This event is free and open to the public.
